Diemme factory visit

Subject: Diemme Kevlar Boot – DI1309RV05

    To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to contact your
company about the above boot that I purchased this past winter. We
purchased these shoes for my 15yo son for Christmas at a cost of $550USD.
I contacted your company on what was the proper cleaning process, and we were
instructed to use mild dish soap. Upon doing this the boot has started to
turn white as the color bled out when we cleaned these, and has also started to
turn the sole blue, as well as all the edges are fraying. Not sure if
this Kevlar material is just an anomaly as we have purchased suede and leather
models from you and never had any problem, but these boots are no more than 4
months used and this is unacceptable for a shoe that’s classified as a luxury
shoe. I would like to know if I can mail these shoes to you for
    repair. Please help me.

    Thanks,

    Douglas
